At rest, the traffic lights are red. They turn green when a vehicle is detected approaching.
They will be installed on a pedestrian crossing (example: near a school).
Operating mode:
Micro-regulation: waiting for detection, the lights are red, the radar activates the change to green when the vehicle is detected at 40 meters. The triggering of green at the last moment forces the vehicle to reduce its speed so as not to risk crossing the red light.
Approaching vehicle detected: the light turns green, if there is no pedestrian:
Warning: The regulations certify the controller in the 230V version, the SEP and SOLAR versions are not currently recognized and therefore not approved.
This 230 Volt set includes:
- two traffic lights Ø 200 mm Red / Yellow / Green
- two three-colour repeater lights Ø 100 mm
- two two-tone lights Ø 200 mm Red / Green for pedestrians
- two non-illuminated pedestrian calls
- two detection radars
- a controller.
- two Ø 90 mm masts of 3.5 meters with shoes, anchoring kits and 2 collars.
The radar detects the vehicle from 30 to 50 meters depending on the inclination.
