The dynamic police panel is made up of a 190mm thick aluminum profile box, which can be opened from the front, assisted by a gas spring. The latter is made from UV-treated polycarbonate.
The panel is closed by waterproof compression latches. The box is finished using black epoxy paint as standard (other color on request). The panel is fixed from the rear using horizontal rails.
The dynamic font panel is made up of LEDs which fully describe the list and the symbol without integrating screen printing. The listel is reinforced by two rows of red LEDs and the symbol by yellow or white LEDs.
The lifespan of an LED is more than 100,000 hours.
The LEDs are mounted in several parallel networks / series of 5 LEDs. This technique makes it possible to guarantee permanent readability of the light element, in fact a faulty LED only leads to the extinction of a network.
The panel incorporates a twilight changeover system allowing you to automatically switch from daytime brightness to nighttime brightness.
It can be powered directly by 230 VAC or 12 VDC. For the 12 VDC power supply, you can also use a solar power supply or a public lighting power supply (SEP).
